Midwives listen and acted on previous problems to ensure it didn't happen again. Was listened to.
Everything superb.
Waiting times totally unacceptable.
Patients need to be kept informed about delays and where they are in the waiting time.
Unrealistic delays written on board. My appt 11.00 seen at 11.45.
Thank you for your feedback, it is very much appreciated. Should you wish to discuss your experience further, please contact Elaine on bhrut.opdpatientexperiencelead@nhs.net. Regards Matron Wood
27th night staff into morning. was not happy with the service - which was a shame as the service has been good till today. They were forgetting and late - giving me my 8 p.m medicine at 11 p.m, and at one point I woke up to 2 tablets on my table - no one had woken me up or advised me what they were (which was what was happening throughout). At 6:30 a.m they came with my 6 a.m meds and blood test at the same time but the person doing bloods missed my vein and there was blood everywhere, in all that another person was taking my BP while standing up - giving a high reading it all was so rushed and felt like there was little care involved.
Reception staff talking among themselves when there is a long queue including people in wheelchairs waiting! This doesn't look efficient or caring to the people in the queue.
Calm explained things well.
Very kind and caring.
Everything was good but not asking for much a test offer the person refreshments. Thanks.
Special thanks to Becky and her empathy and compassion shown to my father.
Thanks also to Rosalind for her assistance and the way she and Becky explained things.
Wonderful reception, great nurse but long waiting time.
